Vietnamese Iced Coffee ice cream is here! Good news for ice cream lovers looking for a little something out of the ordinary. Bad news, however, for Mr. Softee’s heir.

Jess and Crista, owners of Phin & Phebes, wanted to offer a little variety to the frozen aisle--something spicy, something aromatic, something pure and very seriously good. Born in Brooklyn, Phin & Phebes handcrafts each ice cream base made from just heavy cream, milk, cane sugar and eggs, as well as their unique mix-ins (homemade vanilla wafers, ginger cookies, etc.). Each flavor begins at home on a chalkboard wall where Jess and Crista scratch out all of their wild and creamy fantasies.

From far out flavors like Coconut Key Lime swirled with hand baked graham cracker chunks to Peanutty Pretzel, there really are no wrong choices here.
