Vegan Divas

Vegan Decadence in Desserts

Fernanda Capobianco has a long history in sweets, managing and owning The Payard Restaurant and pastry shops in Rio de Janeiro. Being a vegan of 15+ years, she developed unique, delicious vegan recipes using healthier, all-natural, organic and fresh ingredients, without sacrificing flavor or texture.

In 2012, Capobianco founded Vegan Divas—an upscale vegan, animal-free, non-cholesterol, organic, kosher and parve, low-calorie and delicious line of baked goods and desserts, to a raving crowd on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Her goal has always been to create gourmet pastries with the quality, taste and presentation of those offered by the best gourmet bakeries, but in a healthy version.

We're not the only ones who love them!

Vegan Divas was featured on Time Out NY as “The Best of 2010," and has appeared on The Today Show, in People Magazine, The New York Times, Grub Street, Dessert Buzz, Daily Candy, The Examiner, Daily News, and many other publications in Japan, Korea and Brazil.
