Vegan Decadence in Desserts

Fernanda Capobianco has a long history in sweets, managing and owning The Payard Restaurant and Pastry shops in Rio de Janeiro. But being a vegan of 15+ years, Fernanda created unique recipes for delicious pastries and mousses free of eggs and sugar that she could enjoy. Using healthier, all-natural, organic and fresh ingredients, she’s able to create healthy, all-vegan foods, without sacrificing flavor or texture.

In 2012, Capobianco founded Vegan Divas—an upscale vegan, animal-free, non-cholesterol, organic, kosher and parve, low-calorie and delicious line of baked goods and desserts, to a raving crowd on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Her goal has always been to create gourmet pastries with the quality, taste and presentation of those offered by the best gourmet bakeries, but in a healthy version.
