Launched with only an Ice Cream truck on the streets of NYC in 2008, Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream set out to revive the art of traditional ice cream making, using ingredients perfected by nature, not science. Each of their classic and vegan flavors is crafted using only a handful of ingredients, often sourced directly from some of the world’s best artisan producers and farmers. While their ice cream empire has expanded well beyond that first truck, the handcrafted attention to detail and flavor can still be tasted in every single bite.
