As if Two Fat Cats Maine Blueberry pie wasn't enticing enough, they have to throw in the fact that the blueberries are grown wild and picked right from the bush. Blueberry Pie totally counts as a complete breakfast, right?

If there’s one thing Two Fat Cats Bakery loves it’s America… and pie. That’s why the bakers at this small Portland shop have made it their mission to craft the best all American desserts that honor home-baked favorites and the “days gone by” traditions of baking’s past. From their classic pie dough recipe that features both butter and shortening for the perfect flaky crust to their scratch made brown sugar using fresh molasses granulated sugar, Two Fat Cats is taking the long way around and the pie world is better for it. The highlight of their pies is their scratch made dough, which is hand-rolled and gently placed on top of each pie, then baked until the crust turns golden brown and the edges drown in a bubbling berry juice ring.

The one ring to rule them all.

We're not the only ones who love them!

Two Fat Cats Bakery has been in Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, the New York Times, The Boston Globe, Travel & Leisure, Food Network’s Best Thing I Ever Ate and was featured in an answer on Jeopardy!
