“Beans? In a pie?” you may ask. Yes! And it is absolutely delicious! Baking with the motto “A Mo’ Better Pie,” Clinton Shabazz (aka the Harlem Pie Man) has dedicated the last 25 years to creating mouthwatering unique pies using only the best quality ingredients. His love for baking began at a young age. As a child with asthma, Clinton stayed indoors and hung out in the kitchen where he “got to taste all of the goodies.” Eventually, he started a career as a computer technician, but soon realized that baking was his true calling. Today, he handcrafts each pie with cage-free eggs, organic cane sugar, butter, whole milk and a whole lot of passion. Butternut squash, sweet potato and bean pies may not be your typical flavors, but they’ll hit your sweet spot just the same!

We're not the only ones who love them!

The Harlem Pie Man has been featured in the New York Times, Fox, NBC and Sugar Showdown.
