We love a lot of things about jolly ol’ England—their fancy accents, their penchant for tea and crumpets… However, there was still something that Americans had yet to enjoy when Tracy Claros first made her journey across the pond to Austin, Texas. Neighbors would often give her funny looks when she mention the traditional dessert, sticky toffee pudding. Tracy knew she wanted to introduce these moist little sponge cakes to Americans and she had just the recipe to do it. She now bakes them in small batches using her old family recipes. These puddings go great with whipped cream, creme fraiche or fresh berries.

It does not pair as easily with sharing, though…
