Shipping and Tax

Goldbely has partnered with many of America’s most legendary gourmet food and gift purveyors to bring you their great food from in convenient place. When you place an order on Goldbely, you will receive food items that have been freshly prepared in the kitchens of America’s top restaurants and gourmet regional and artisan food purveyors and shipped directly to you or your lucky recipients.


The sales tax charged depends on where the order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order. All sales tax is calculated by and remmitted to each individual vendor.


Since these items are shipped directly from each Partner, the shipping and delivery times from each will vary. Due to its perishable nature, all food is carefully packaged and, in many cases, frozen or chilled with dry ice or frozen gel packs. Most orders are shipped through UPS or FedEx and many are shipped via Next Day air, or 2-Day. Perishable items cannot be shipped over a weekend and cannot be delivered on Sunday, Monday or on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box or to a military post office. To ensure your full enjoyment of this delicious food, it is very important that when ordering you are aware of the shipping schedules, practices and policies of each our restaurant Partners and of the carriers (UPS and FedEx). Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept order cancellations or returns. All sales are final and we strongly recommend that customers review all the details of their order prior to placing it.


Shipping charges vary depending on the item being shipped, the speed of delivery required, and the number of artisans included in your order. Goldbely shipping charges may not be eligible for combined, reduced or free shipping offer at this time.


Since many of our featured items are perishable, orders are shipped “signature release.” This means UPS and FedEx will leave the package at the doorstep, front desk or gate associated with the shipping address without requiring a signature at the time of delivery. However, if you plan to be away for the day of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for someone to pick up the package and freeze or refrigerate the items as required. Goldbely cannot be responsible for refunds or replacements of orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or sent to recipients who are not available to accept packages on the delivery date. We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts before the product is returned. An estimated delivery timeframe is presented on the product detail page. Please plan accordingly to be sure you receive the best quality product.

Perishable and Live items cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
