And now for the first time ever, Rose’s is offering traditional Polish pączki—pronounced “poonch-key”—a special recipe available in the ship only once a year, only on Fat Tuesday. Detroit has long had a huge Polish immigrant community, who indulges in these treats before Lent, launching a tradition observed now by all!
