Revival Ice Cream

Handcrafted Award Winning Ice Cream

Revival Ice Cream is taking it to the next level when it comes to making the best ice cream—they want to make the best ice cream in the most sustainable, thoughtful way with the freshest, in-season and locally sourced, organic ingredients. That may be a mouthful, but with a mouthful of their ice cream you’ll see why. Led by chef Rod Mendoza and partner Adriana Shuman, Revival Ice Cream is creating rich, original flavors with ingredients like strawberries from Watsonville, honey from Carmel and lavender grown in their own backyards. Their award-winning Bee’s Knees ice cream combines burnt honey, beeswax and bee pollen with their own creamy organic custard and a crunchy honeycomb candy—it’s delicious, out of the ordinary and really worth all the buzz!

We're not the only ones who love them!

Revival Ice Cream’s Bee’s Knees ice cream won The Gelato World Tour Challenge in 2017. They have also been featured in Business Wire and Edible Magazine
