This Venae’s Kitchen Choice pack serves 30-35 people and includes:

  • 1 lb. of Smoked Raw Milk Cheddar is slightly creamy with just the right amount of sharpness. So flavorful!
  • 1 lb. of Smoked Gouda is smoked on site using Maple Wood Chips. It’s so creamy it almost tastes like butter! Great with crackers and fruit, or as a substitute for cheddar
  • 2 lbs. of Amish Roll Butter is 84% butterfat and churned by the batch using naturally cultured cream. This five-generation churning technique gives this butter its authentic thick texture
  • 1 lb. of Quarter Stick Amish Roll Butter is 84% butterfat and churned by the batch using naturally cultured cream. This five-generation churning technique gives this butter its authentic thick texture
  • 8 oz. of Garlic Herb Butter elevates the original Amish Roll Butter with its blended garlic and fresh spices. Perfect as a potato topper!

Use And Care

  • Each item arrives individually sealed
  • Upon arrival, place all items in the refrigerator
  • Cheese is best kept in a refrigerator drawer at 40-50 degrees F. Minerva Dairy does not recommend freezing cheese as it will lose its meltability and make it impossible to shred
  • The sell by date for cheese is only a basic guideline and not an indicator of expiration
  • Butter is best served at room temperature and can be stored in a butter dish on a counter after opening
  • Butter can also be stored in the freezer in its original packaging for up to 24 months. To protect against freezer burn, use a ziploc or plastic bag for extra protection. Thaw at room temperature before serving
