Klement's Sausage Company
Full disclosure, I'm a little biased because these brats are from my hometown. That said, when someone asks me what food to get when visiting Wisconsin I don't tell them to get cheese, I tell them to get these brats!
Joel Gillman - The Food Dealer

In 1956, three Klements brothers purchased a small sausage company in Milwaukee’s heavily-European south side, using their family recipes from the old country to create their signature sausages. Almost 60 years later, Klement’s has grown from a small family business to Milwaukee’s largest producer of traditional sausages, still operating under the family name using the same beloved recipes they’re known for. One of their heavy hitters: their State Street Brat, a smoked red (beef & pork) bratwurst bursting with flavor. An excellent gift for Badgers, non-Badgers, and sausage lovers alike.
