With the expertise of chocolatier Chi Bui, who oversees all chocolate sourcing and production for Thomas Keller in Napa, California, this is a truly unique product that is undeniably different and delicious.

Thomas Keller, Armando Manni and chocolatier Chi Bui searched the best cocoa-producing regions in the world to source three single-origin, responsibly grown cocoa beans that thrive when processed through the K+M methodology.
