Award-winning pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini honed his craft at highly-lauded dining locations such as London’s The River Café, and in NYC at Daniel, Café Boulud, Payard & Jean Georges. Working his way up from kitchens to graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Iuzzini was quickly named one of the “10 Most Influential Pastry Chefs in America” by Forbes. He decided to leave the kitchen to explore the world, and develop his own line of chocolate bars in the process. Iuzzini’s experiences have shaped the flavors found in every bar he produces by his own hands.

In 2006, the James Beard Foundation awarded Iuzzini "Pastry Chef of the Year." He was also recognized as one of the "10 Most Influential Pastry Chefs in America" by Forbes and "Best New Pastry Chef" by New York Magazine. Iuzzini was head judge of Bravo’s Top Chef: Just Desserts.
