Jackie's Chocolate

Grandma Jackie's Crowd-Pleasing Chocolates

A visit from Grandma Jackie always meant three things for grandsons Kevin and Mark – a warm hug, stories about Lake Nebagamon, WI, and a batch of her fresh, handmade chocolates. Since the 1950’s, Grandma Jackie sold chocolate out of her tiny kitchen to help pay for her daughter’s school uniforms. After people took their first bite, they kept coming back for more. Over the years, family, neighbors and soon friends of friends ordered boxes of Jackie’s Chocolate for birthdays, weddings, Christmas and Valentine’s Day. Jackie set up shop in local farmers markets, church festivals, winning many awards at the state fair.

Today run by her grandsons, Jackie’s Chocolate ships to all 50 states and it’s clear from the stack of letters she’s received, that Jackie’s Chocolate represents heartfelt romances, long friendships and joyous holidays to many, many people. The tradition of Jackie’s chocolates is kept alive and the chocolates are crafted just as Jackie did, using her original recipes. Jackie’s toffee and brittles are slowly cooked in copper kettles and each confection is hand-dipped.
