Hollyberry Baking Company

Gooey Butter Goodness
Hollyberry Baking Company
I feel like I've finally found the promised land after years of searching. Gooey Butter cake is one of those regional specialties you hear so much about, but can never find outside of its home city. But the good people of St. Louis can claim their gooey, buttery monopoly no more!
Frank Luciano - The Baron of Breakfast

Created accidentally by a depression era baker, Gooey Butter Cake is, as the name implies, gooey, buttery goodness. It’s also, as the St. Louis Visitors Center calls it, “one of St. Louis’ popular, quirky foods.” While it’s seemingly everywhere within the city, it’s a treat you’re not likely to find outside of it.

Since their 1998 founding by St. Louis native Holly Cunningham, Hollyberry has managed to stay true to their roots (scratch made goods, recycled packaging), while also growing to become one of the city’s top providers of deliciousness. Their creativity shines through with not only their award winning Gooey Butter cakes, but also in every bite of a Hollyberry creation.

We're not the only ones who love them!

Hollyberry has been featured on the Rachel Ray Show, in Paula Deen Magazine, St. Louis At Home, St. Louis Magazine and been named the top caterer in St. Louis for 5 consecutive years.
