Harper’s has been turning heads with their show stopping taste and aroma since 1952. While the taste of their meat obviously has a lot to do with it, it’s also because they do things the old fashioned way. Their Country Hams are still hand rubbed with sugar and salt, country cured, hickory smoked, and aged with as much love as the first ham the Harper family cured back in the early ’50s.
