Katz's Corned Beef - Sliced

Pickling their meat for a full month allows the taste and texture of Katz’s corned beef to reach maturity and full flavor. Katz’s uses the traditional “dry cure” method. Immersed in brine the flavor reaches every bit of meat. Unlike most commercial Corned Beef (Corning is another term for pickling), Katz’s doesn’t “pump” or inject water and salt into the Beef.

Deli meats are priced per pound. You can assume between 2-3 sandwiches per pound.

  • Shipping cost varies by location.
  • Orders should be placed prior to 2:00pm ET to ship the same day. Otherwise, your order will process the following business day.
  • Orders placed Thursday afternoons and Fridays will ship on Monday, for Tuesday delivery.
  • For Friday orders, in some cases Saturday Delivery is available, an additional $14.50 fee can be added to the Next Day Air charges – at check-out
  • Signature is required on all packages.
  • Katz’s does not ship to P.O. boxes.
