The thought of Chef Daniel Boulud catering my BBQ this weekend is almost too exciting to fathom. That's why we've partnered with one of the world's greatest chefs to bring his interpretation of classic comfort food nationwide! Taking inspiration from the legendary punk rock club, CBGB (once located down the street), DBGB is less about the moshing and more about noshing on internationally inspired sausages and house-made hot dogs.
Joe Ariel - CEO, The Marco Polo of Food

Taking inspiration from the legendary punk rock club, CBGB, once located just down the street, DBGB is a French brasserie/American tavern with a little less moshing and a little more noshing on internationally inspired sausages. At the helm of DBGB is none other than legendary chef, Daniel Boulud. Chef Daniel’s expertise in deliciousness has earned him a constellation of Michelin stars for his upscale uptown restaurants. But it’s his 12 different varieties of house-made sausage and fancy franks at this Bowery brasserie that leave us in some sort of heavenly pork sedation.

Hey! Haute! Let’s go… get some killer sausages.

We're not the only ones who love them!

Chef Daniel Boulud has received numerous awards from the James Beard Foundation including "Best Chef of New York City" in 1992, “Outstanding Chef of the Year” in 1994 and “Outstanding Restaurateur” in 2006. That same year, the President of France made Boulud a Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur in recognition for his contribution to the advancement of French culture.
