Natasha and Freya started baking cookies and making ice cream in Freya’s mom’s kitchen in the fall of 2008. They named the flavor combinations after architects and architectural movements they were inspired by.These little frozen treats may be minimalist in style, but pack a punch with their creative flavor combinations. I mean, Balsamic Fig and Mascarpone?!

At Coolhaus, first and foremost is their dedication to quality and sustainability. Every thing they create is all-natural, handmade and organic whenever possible. Plus, every ice cream sandwich is wrapped in a customizable, edible wrapper that is all-natural and calorie-free. This, in fact, is real life.
