This is where the Bellini cocktail came alive and what makes feel classy drinking it. The original Cipriani Bellini Mix is made from the nectar of white peaches, giving the drink a beautiful pink hue. So beautiful that it reminded Harry Cipriani of the color worn by a saint in one of 15th-century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini’s paintings.
