Brooklyn Piggies

Pigs in a Blanket Perfected
Brooklyn Piggies
Frank
Ah pigs in a blanket; arguably my biggest weakness. While I can always devour my fair share, Brooklyn Piggies has me popping these bad boys like Tic Tacs. Fair warning- do not stand near me at any event these are served at. I have no problem throwing elbows for the last one!
Frank Luciano - The Sultan of Sandwich

When Missy went to the market, she was surprised to see that nothing to make her mother’s signature party hors d’oeuvre was preservative-free. Knowing the sheer chaos that is created at just the sight of pigs and a blanket at her mother’s parties, Missy set out to make her own flaky, smoky piggies completely from scratch. Teaming up with her business partner, Stacy, and a family-owned sausage purveyor, Brooklyn Piggies hand rolls each artisanal smoked sausage with flaky puff pastry, elevating this wee piggy party bite into a new-school classic.

These little piggies definitely know how to party. Just be sure to clear the drop zone before the platter hits the table.

We're not the only ones who love them!

Brooklyn Piggies was featured in The New York Times, Time Out NY and Eater. Oprah recently named them one of her Favorite Things, and Zagat called them "The Best Thing We Ate Last Night" as well as "One of NYC's 8 Must Try Hot Dogs."
