Brooklyn Buttery

A Modern Twist on a Fridge Essential

Friends Josh and Ari started this Buttery in 2016 with the mission of bringing compound butters out of the kitchens of high-end restaurants and into the pantries of all, using the best ingredients found in the New York City area.
To “New Yorkify” a pantry essential, the team behind Brooklyn Buttery turned to New York dairies, added sea salt harvested from the East End of Long Island, and makes all the butter in Brooklyn. What makes this butter better than most, is the addition of clever flavorings to spruce up an ordinary staple we all use.
Try Brooklyn Buttery’s “Don’t be a Sap,” maple-flavored butter, which is flavored with syrup harvested from a seventh-generation family company in upstate New York for a great-tasting, ethically-sourced product. Flavors like Lemon and Sriracha have proven to be fan favorites and make enlivening a dish a cinch!

We're not the only ones who love them!

Spoon University and Dans Papers of the Hamptons have already started spreading the word on this new Buttery.
