Bouchon Bakery

Thomas Keller's Legendary Bakery

Chef Thomas Keller, the chef and owner of The French Laundry, in Napa Valley, and Per Se, in New York, among other restaurants, is the first and only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star ratings from the prestigious Michelin Guide. Bouchon Bakery was first conceived as a way to provide two of Chef Keller’s Michelin starred locations, Bouchon Bistro and The French Laundry, with one of a kind breads Chef Keller couldn’t find anywhere else. It was clear after launching however, that the bakery was destined for greatness in its own right, offering a bountiful selection of artisanal breads and classic desserts inspired by Chef Keller’s fond memories of the boulangeries from his time spent in France, as well as his own childhood in the United States. While all of his baked goods are amazingly unique and delicious, we’re partial to his take on the most classic of American cookies, the TKO (Thomas Keller Oreo).

We're not the only ones who love them!

Chef Thomas Keller is the first and only American chef to hold multiple three-star Michelin restaurants and is recognized as one of the finest Chef's in the world. Bouchon Bakery has been featured in the New York Times, the LA Times, New York Magazine, Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler and more.
