  • You can choose between 2, 3, 4 or 5 lbs of slab bacon
  • This product is cured and not raw

Use And Care

  • If you won’t be serving this within the first few days, freeze the bacon upon arrival. The bacon will have to be thawed as needed in the refrigerator overnight
  • This can be stored on a countertop for 1 day, in the fridge for up to a month or in the freezer for up to 1 year
