A La Mode Pies
When I think of the land of coconuts and pineapples, Seattle immediately comes to mind. Not the case for you? Clearly you haven't had a Blue Hawaiian Pie. A La Mode is creating some of the best scratch made pies found in and out of the tropics!
Frank Luciano - The Sultan of Sandwich

Chris Porter is a man who knows a thing or two about pies. His rules? 1. Everything should be made from scratch whenever possible. 2. Patience, technique and innovation in the kitchen is often rewarded with wide eyes and happy taste buds. 3. A dollop of ice cream makes everything better. So, it was only natural for Chris to name his Seattle pie shop “A La Mode.” While most of his pies are inspired by his mother’s recipes, Chris and his team reinvent classics with imagination and high quality ingredients to create, quite simply, exceptional pie.

We're not the only ones who love them!

A La Mode Pies has been featured on the PBS special "A Few Good Pie Places" and in Sunset Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Seattle Magazine, Seattle Met, Bride & Groom Magazine and The Seattle Times.
